​This Privacy Policy explains how Yin Executives Services collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you participate in our survey.

When you complete our survey, we may collect information including:

We respect your privacy. Your name, email, and personal details will never be shared or used in any public reporting. All results will be analyzed and shared in anonymized, aggregate format to help inform advocacy for the VA profession, programs and resources. Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of survey participation, production of data reports on the VA industry and follow-up communication.

Personal details (e.g., name, email, phone number, or social media handles) are collected only to:

  • Validate survey completion

  • Contact prize winners

  • Connect on socials 

  • Share results and relevant updates from Yin Executive Services Inc.

Your contact information will never be sold or shared and will only be added to the Yin Executive Services contact database. From time to time, you may receive informative or marketing-related emails, including newsletters, event invites, or exclusive offers.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

 

By completing this survey, participants will be entered into a draw to win one of the following prizes:
 

  • Grand Prize: 1x $100 CAD gift card (or equivalent in local currency) & a 1 hour virtual 1:1 VA Coaching Session with Yin Lau on a topic of your choice.
     

  • Second Prize: 2x 30 minute coaching sessions with Yin Lau on a topic of your choice (delivered virtually)

  •  

  • Third Prize: 2x $25 CAD gift cards (or equivalent in local currency)
     

  • Only fully completed surveys are eligible for the draw.

  • Participants must provide a valid email address and phone number to be contacted if selected as a winner

  • Winners are expected to share their win on their social media channels and be part of any marketing activities run by Yin Executive Services Inc.. 

  • The draw will take place on January 11, 2026, and winners will be notified by email within 14 days.

  • Coaching sessions must be booked within 60 days of winner notification.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Eligibility

​

  • Open to individuals currently working in virtual assistance, executive assistance, administrative support, or related fields.

  • Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

Confidentiality and Data Security

  • Your individual survey responses will remain confidential and will only be reported in aggregate form.

Opt-Out Option

​

  • You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in our communications.

  • If you wish to have your contact information removed from our database, please contact us directly.
