GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics Advertiser Features to optimize our business.

 

Advertiser features include:

• Remarketing with Google Analytics.

• Google Display Network Impression Reporting.

• DoubleClick Platform Integrations.

• Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting.

By enabling these Google Analytics Display features, we are required to notify our website, visitors, by disclosing the use of these features and that we and third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) or other first-party identifiers, and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to gather data about your activities on our website. Among other uses, this allows us to contact you if you begin to fill out our check-out form but abandon it before completion, with an email reminding you to complete your order. The “Remarketing” feature allows us to reach people who previously visited our website, and match the right audience with the right advertising message.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will retain your personal information for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

WHERE DATA IS STORED?

We store your information in the location of your choice, either in the EU our in the USA. Physical files are stored in secured premises at our business address. Electronic files are stored on secure servers or in the cloud. We use cloud solutions for web hosting or proprietary software solutions delivered through the Cloud. Your data will not be transferred between our servers without your permission.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) do not always offer the same levels of protection to your personal data, so European law has prohibited transfers of personal data outside of the EEA unless the transfer meets certain criteria.

Many of our third parties service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA) so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.

Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the EEA, we do our best to ensure a similar degree of security of data by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is in place:

  • We will only transfer your personal data to countries that the European Commission have approved as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data by; or

DATA SECURITY

We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorization. We also allow access to your personal data only to those employees and partners who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they must keep it confidential.
 When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on order forms that are hosted by our PCI-compliant third-party service providers, the transmission of that information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

USERS RIGHTS

As an individual client or member, you have the right, to request details on how your Personal Data has been stored, how your details are being processed, and ask for us to provide you with this data, in order to verify its accuracy, ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons. Any requests must be sent in writing and sent to the email below. 

The exercise of your rights might be subject to certain conditions and we might require further information from you before we can respond to your request. We will make the requested information available within 30 business days, or provide written notice of an extension where additional time is required to fulfill the request. 

This Application does not support “Do Not Track” requests. To determine whether any of the third-party services it uses honor the “Do Not Track” requests, please read their privacy policies.
